About

Hi, I’m Nancy Da Costa!

  1. Do you fantasize about loving and being completely comfortable in your body, but don’t have a clue about how to eat well and take the steps necessary to really get happy in the body you have?
  2. Do you want to learn to be fully present to all of life’s moments and quit living in your head?
  3. Do you finally want to learn how to let go of guilt and resentment and live a more vibrant life, whether it’s related to enjoying food, or just forgiving the wrongs of your past and moving on?

If any of this hits home for you, you’ve come to the right place!

I’m here to show you that becoming a better version of who you already are does not need to be a pain in the ass.

If you’re still reading, chances are that you’re struggling with something.  Maybe you’re judging yourself for letting some weight creep up on you despite the fact that you work out most days during the week.

Or maybe you’re carrying around some old negativity that you know is just not good for you and it’s really affecting you in all areas of your life, and you’re dying to squash all that shit.

Sure, it’s gonna take some work on your part to get you exactly to where you want to be (happy and vibrant, non-judgmental), but the good news is that when you really want something and start working towards it, it starts to not feel like work at all and it’s always worth it in the end (and it’s pretty awesome right)?.

So how do I come in?

I’m not your typical health coach.  While I can and will help you make the best decisions when it comes to the food you eat, and more importantly, the quality of the food you eat, I’m not gonna tell you to hold back and do things you don’t want to do.

Why?  For me personally, I eat whatever I want, whenever I want it.  The thing is, I’ve trained myself to want really good food 98% of the time.

If you think I’d ever give up chocolate, you’re sorely mistaken :-)

But when I go for chocolate, I go for the best damn chocolate I could find!  No cheapo M&Ms or vending-machine crap.  No, I believe that if I’m about to indulge in a peace of chocolate, it’s going to be a heavenly experience (translation – I want only the best).

Same thing goes with food.

So while I eat whatever I want, I intuitively go for food that not only tastes amazing, but that actually works with my body, not against it.

And the results? – eating without a shred of guilt.  Feeling completely comfortable in my own skin.  Loving my body and appreciating it for what it is – my vessel for getting my message out to the world.

In the meantime, I’ve also made it a point to live in the current moment.

This doesn’t mean that my mind doesn’t drift off from time to time.  But I have (and am still) learning how to catch myself and bring myself back to the now.

Which in turn means less anxiety and worrying about stuff that isn’t an issue yet, and focusing instead on what’s right in front of me.

This doesn’t mean I don’t have bad days or that I don’t get annoyed when things don’t go exactly as I want them to.

But I have learned to recognize that sometimes the universe has a better plan than whatever my plan was, and I accept it.

So if you want to learn a little about how to love to eat without guilt and how to live moment-to-moment, this is the place for you.
